Door2Door does not collect, process, or store payment card or banking information.
Payments for rides are made directly between riders and drivers using payment methods agreed upon by both parties, such as cash or bank transfer.
Users may choose to share bank account details within the in-app chat solely for the purpose of completing a ride payment.
For your security, never share sensitive financial security information such as OTPs (One-Time Passwords), PINs, CVV numbers, passwords, or online banking credentials through the Door2Door platform.
Door2Door is not a payment processor and is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transfers, fraudulent transactions, or agreements made directly between riders and drivers.
